Construction Process:

1.First, check the flatness of the base layer, and level the uneven parts (such as acid washing is required for cement concrete bases);

2.Primer Paving: Before paving the primer, clean the base foundation, and prepare the tools for construction;

A. Measure the position of the construction line according to the process requirements, and set up the construction line;

B. Start paving from one side of the site, and scrape the adhesive in one time according to the width of the site;

C. Scrape the adhesive at a uniform speed, and timely fill or level the exposed base, depressions and protrusions;

D. After the adhesive is cured, inspect the entire site to ensure the thickness of the topcoat paving.

3.Topcoat Paving:

A. Minimize the interval time between each bucket of adhesive during scraping to ensure uniform curing speed;

B. Observe the thickness of the adhesive surface at all times;

C. Scrape the topcoat, sprinkle red granules before the topcoat is cured, and clean up the excess topcoat granules after it is completely cured;

D. Spray adhesive to ensure that the granules do not fall off;

E. Marking Line Spraying: Accurately measure the position of the marking lines according to the current track and field facility standards, then spray and brush with polyurethane paint.
