Product Description
Portland Cement-based Self-leveling Mortar
Product Introduction
Portland Cement-based Self-leveling Mortar is a high-performance self-leveling material with Portland cement as the primary cementitious component. This advanced formulation combines cementitious materials, mineral fillers, set regulators, rheological modifiers, and reinforcing components for superior performance.
Performance Characteristics
Performance characteristics of Portland Cement-based Self-leveling Mortar are as follows:
- High fluidity with automatic leveling capability for efficient application
- Exceptional hardness and load-bearing capacity for durable surfaces
- Low shrinkage properties minimize cracking risks
- Versatile adaptability for safe use in various applications
Construction Process
- Substrate Preparation: Clean all debris, oil stains, and loose materials. Ensure substrate is dry and clean. Pre-fill deep pits or cracks as needed.
- Material Mixing: Combine material with water at manufacturer-specified ratio until achieving uniform, particle-free consistency.
- Pouring Construction: Pour mixture into work area without vibration, allowing automatic flow to fill uneven surfaces.
- Surface Treatment: Gently trowel surface to achieve flush alignment with surrounding areas.
- Curing: After final setting, cover with plastic film or damp cloth for proper curing.
Application Scope
Portland Cement-based Self-leveling Mortar is applied to industrial workshops, factories, warehouses, commercial spaces, exhibition halls, gymnasiums, hospitals, offices, and open areas. Also suitable for residential applications including home and villa floor leveling, serving as either decorative surface layer or wear-resistant base layer.
