Product Introduction

Polyurethane mortar self-leveling is a high-performance floor material that integrates polyurethane resin, imported castor oil and special process components. It features wear resistance, corrosion resistance and ease of construction.

Scope of application

It is widely applied in industrial, commercial and special environmental scenarios.

Performance feature

It can withstand hot water or steam cleaning and has excellent resistance to freeze-thaw cycles. Wear-resistant and pressure-resistant, capable of withstanding long-term rolling by forklifts and heavy-duty equipment, resistant to chemical corrosion, water-based and environmentally friendly, non-toxic and odorless, with excellent anti-slip properties.

Construction instructions

Base surface treatment 
The concrete base should be shot blasted to Sa2.5 grade (roughness ≥30 μm), and cracks should be repaired by epoxy resin injection. The moisture content should be no more than 8%. The oily areas need to be cleaned with degreaser and neutralized with alkali efflfflfflorescence. 
Material mixing and construction 
Slight sedimentation does not affect performance, but it needs to be thoroughly stirred before use. Materials for low-temperature environments need to be preheated to above 20℃. 
After pouring the material, apply the auxiliary leveling by scraping, with a thickness error of ≤±1mm, and no additional vibration is required. 
Curing and Environmental Control 
Construction temperature: 5-35℃, humidity: ≤85%. Infrared-assisted heating can be used at low temperatures to accelerate curing. Avoid heavy load impact or chemical contamination within the 7-day curing period.
